3. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale pricing is available to licensed barbering and cosmetology professionals and establishments. We may require proof of a current professional license or business registration before approving a wholesale account. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke wholesale accounts at our discretion.

4. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by FWBS. Prices are subject to change without notice. Refer to our Shipping Policy and Payment Methods pages for additional details.

5. Returns and Warranties

Refer to our Warranties page for product warranty terms. Returns are subject to our standard return policy and the policies of individual manufacturers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Fort Worth Barber Supply or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. SMS Program Terms

The following terms apply to all SMS (text messaging) programs operated by Fort Worth Barber Supply, including but not limited to our wholesale customer SMS program, order and delivery notification program, and promotional/marketing SMS program.

a. Program Description: Fort Worth Barber Supply operates SMS messaging programs to communicate with customers and prospective wholesale customers about orders, deliveries, restock reminders, promotional offers, sales, new products, trade shows, events, and account updates.

b. Opt-In: You can opt in to receive SMS messages from FWBS by:

• Submitting a wholesale account application at www.fwbarbersupply.com with the SMS consent checkbox selected
• Signing up in person at an FWBS retail location and completing the SMS consent form
• Enrolling with an FWBS mobile delivery van driver and signing the SMS consent form
• Registering at an FWBS-hosted event with SMS consent
• Texting a designated keyword (such as "JOIN") to our published SMS number

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Fort Worth Barber Supply at the phone number you provided.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

c. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to several messages per month depending on your account activity and current promotions.

d. Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Fort Worth Barber Supply does not charge for sending SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages according to your plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

e. Opt-Out: You may cancel SMS messages at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further messages from that program. If you wish to rejoin, reply START or sign up again through any of the opt-in methods listed above.

f. Help: For assistance with our SMS programs, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at info@fwbarbersupply.com or by phone at our published business number.

g. Supported Carriers: Our SMS programs are compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier conditions outside of our control.

h. Privacy: We use the phone numbers and SMS consent data only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the purpose of delivering messages to you.

i. Service Provider: Fort Worth Barber Supply uses Twilio Inc. as its SMS messaging service provider.

j. Termination of Service: We reserve the right to modify or terminate any SMS program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fort Worth Barber Supply, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. This includes (but is not limited to) damages arising from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected SMS messages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fort Worth Barber Supply, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
