What is Andis’ warranty policy?
All Andis products have either a 2-year or 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. Your individual item will state the warranty period for that specific tool. Products will be repaired or replaced (based on model) when proof of purchase is provided. When required, we ask that the shipping to our facility is covered by the customer. More details can be found in your product’s Use and Care pamphlet.

LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY(U.S. AND CANADA ONLY).
BabylissPro will repair or replace (at the option of Babyliss) your unit free of charge for 24 months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the service center listed below, together with your purchase receipt and $15.00 for postage and handling. California residents need only provide proof of purchase and should call 1-800-326-6247 for shipping instructions. In the absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be 24 months from the date of manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESSÂ FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 24-MONTH DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN, LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BABYLISSPRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Items that are not purchased by an authorized reseller will not be covered. If you are unsure if you are purchasing from an authorized reseller, you can email us at info@coccohairpro.com or call us at 216.518.1523.

 Your Cocco Hair Dryers, Styling Irons, Clippers, and Trimmers will be repaired or replaced within 1 year of the original purchase date if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship and you have complied with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions. If your item stops working properly or you feel there is a defect, you can email Cocco Hair Professional at info@coccohairpro.com or call us at 216.518.1523; in your email, please provide your order number and a copy of your receipt. Lastly, please do not ship any equipment without contacting Cocco Customer Service; all unauthorized shipments will be rejected from the warehouse.
Cocco Hair Professional DO NOT COVER:
- normal wear and tear
- physical damage i.e. dropping your tool
- misuse
- shortage caused by your outlet
- items that are not purchased through an authorized reseller
If your item is covered under the warranty:
Cocco Hair Professional will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you. The warranty fee is $25. This process normally takes 1-2 weeks from when we received your item.

 If your item is NOT covered under the warranty:
 Cocco Hair Professional will contact you and ask if you wanted to repair the item. The labor fee ($59) would apply. Cocco Hair Professional would then ship the item out to you. This process normally takes 1-2 weeks from when we contact you.
After My Warranty Expires: 
If your item stops working properly or you feel there is a defect, AFTER your warranty has expired, you can email Cocco Hair Professional at info@coccohairpro.com or call us at 216.518.1523 for a Return Authorization Number.

There is a $59 Labor Fee to diagnose, repair or replace and ship your item back to you. This process normally takes 2 business days once we receive the item.

12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTYJRL USA will repair or replace your unit (upon diagnosis of the defect) free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase if the appliance has a manufacture's defect. To obtain service under terms of the warranty, the defective unit must be returned to the JRL Service please email JRL atinfo@jrlusa.comfor return mailing address. Inside your package should be a copy of your sales receipt, a note which includes the defects of the unit and a check in the amount of $15.00 to cover shipping and handling. Should there be a malfunction on the manufacture's behalf within the first 30 days of purchase, JRL will provide a call tag for the unit to be picked up for free charge. Once it is received, the replacement will be shipped. If your Wahl product fails to operate satisfactorily within the specified number of years (see package for length of warranty) from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift, Wahl will, at our option, repair or replace the product and return it to you FREE OF CHARGE.

This warranty does not cover products damaged by:
1. Modification or repair by anyone other than Wahl Clipper Corporation or a Wahl authorized service center;
2. Commercial (non-consumer) use or unreasonable use.
